About these terms
Live Out There Travel is a small, independent travel planning practice run by Dan Stephen. These terms cover your use of this website and the planning work we do together. Questions go to dan.stephen@fora.travel.
What this site is
Everything published here, including the journal, is shared for general guidance. Details such as openings, prices and availability change constantly, so please confirm anything you are relying on before you book.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the contact form starts a conversation. Nothing is reserved and nothing is owed until we have agreed the scope of the work in writing and you have confirmed it.
Fees
Where a planning fee applies, we quote it before any work begins. Hotel and supplier rates are set by the property or operator, not by us.
Third-party suppliers
Hotels, airlines, tour operators and other suppliers are independent businesses. Your stay or experience is governed by their own terms, including their cancellation and refund rules. We arrange and advocate on your behalf, but we do not operate those services and cannot be responsible for what they do.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate names and dates, and check every confirmation we send you. Passports, visas, entry requirements, health requirements and travel insurance remain your responsibility. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.
